This week Room 8 have started an indepenedent 'Antarctic Animal' study. We have each chosen an animal we would like to find out more about.
We are researching the following things about our animal: habitat, appearance, food, foodchain and survival (how does our animal survive in the extreme conditions of antarctica?)
We are using books and the internet to research relevant information to put under our subheadings.
Watch this clip! It might help you to think about the foodchain, where does your animal fit in the foodchain? What would happen if an animal was removed from the foodchain?
